REAL HELP FROM A REAL PERSON • EVERYDAY AI
What could AI help you do in everyday life?
You don't have to know AI terminology to start learning. Bring something you already do—writing a message, planning your week, understanding a document—and explore how AI could make the process easier.
Live, virtual, one-on-one guidance. 60 minutes for $75. No courses or subscriptions. We work together so you can learn to do it yourself.

These are learning examples, not 15 separate services. Every topic leads to the same personalized AI guidance session.
1. Save time with AI
See how AI can organize information, brainstorm a faster approach, or simplify repetitive planning and writing tasks. You'll practice on an example relevant to you.
2. Plan and organize your life
Explore weekly schedules, routines and checklists. Learn how to review an AI-generated plan and adapt it to what actually works for your life.
3. Write better emails and messages
Practice turning rough notes into a clear email, thank-you message or professional response. You control the tone, facts and final words.
4. Learn or practice something new
Ask for simpler explanations, guided practice questions and quizzes. See how to check answers rather than assuming every explanation is correct.
5. Research and compare choices
Learn to outline options, ask sharper follow-up questions and verify important details with original sources before deciding.
6. Understand a document
See how to ask AI to summarize a PDF, identify questions worth asking or explain unfamiliar wording. Be careful with sensitive personal information.
7. Solve an everyday problem
Learn how to describe a problem clearly and use AI to brainstorm troubleshooting steps, while checking that instructions fit your situation.
8. Prepare for job opportunities
Practice interview questions, organize your experience and improve a résumé draft without fabricating qualifications or experience.
9. Get more creative
Explore ideas for invitations, images, creative projects or visual concepts and learn to refine results with better instructions.
10. Plan trips and activities
Brainstorm destination ideas, compare itineraries and organize a rough plan. Always verify prices, availability, schedules and travel requirements separately.
11. Plan meals and grocery lists
Turn preferences and ingredients into meal ideas or a shopping list, then adjust the suggestions to your household. This is not medical nutrition advice.
12. Understand everyday numbers
Organize basic budgeting information or ask AI to explain a spreadsheet calculation. Independently check results; this isn't accounting or financial advice.
13. Practice a language
Try simple conversations, vocabulary exercises and phrase practice in a language you're learning, with guidance on reviewing translations.
14. Organize family and school tasks
Use AI to plan family routines or support learning with practice explanations and study ideas—not to replace a student's own work.
15. Use AI safely and confidently
Learn how AI can be confidently wrong, which personal details to avoid sharing, and how to double-check consequential information.
